USDA Rural Development loans cover 100 percent of the home plus land cost. Almost every lot we sell sits in a USDA-eligible area. Income limits apply.
Zero down for veterans
VA
VA loans cover 100 percent of the home plus land cost for eligible veterans, active duty service members, and qualifying spouses. No mortgage insurance required.
Low down payment, flexible credit
FHA
FHA loans require as little as 3.5 percent down with credit scores starting at 580. Designed for first-time buyers and buyers building credit.
Standard financing for stronger files
Conventional
Conventional mortgages cover land plus home packages on permanent foundations. Down payments typically start at 5 percent for primary residences.
